Session Length & Scheduling
A Colon Hydrotherapy session typically includes 45–60 minutes of active therapy time on the L.I.B.B.E. Open System. When scheduling your visit, please plan for up to 75 minutes total, as this allows time for preparation and restroom use after your session.
Due to the personal and therapeutic nature of our treatments, children and infants are not permitted in the treatment room or lobby. Only the client and therapist are present during the session, unless an exception is made for a documented medical necessity.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations and scheduling conflicts can arise. When an appointment is reserved, time and professional resources are set aside specifically for you. If an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, that time cannot be offered to another client who may be waiting for care. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No Call / No Show & Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required:
For returning clients with prior late cancellations or no call/no shows
This deposit is applied toward your scheduled service.
If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
If a late cancellation or missed appointment occurs, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Right to Refuse Service
Oasis Natural Therapies reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose behavior, health condition, or conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our professional practice.
